DOT PHYSICAL EXAMS

DOT physicals are required in order to legally drive a commercial vehicle that has a combined gross vehicle weight of greater than 10,000 lbs, a vehicle for transporting a total of 9-15 passengers for compensation, transporting greater than 16 passengers whether or not compensation is given, and transporting hazardous materials that require placarding. Examples of people needing a DOT physical exam are those carrying a CDL, package delivery drivers, bus drivers, oil and propane delivery drivers, construction workers in various professions, etc. Our clinic has one certified medical examiners that are able to perform DOT examinations. If it is your first time needing a DOT exam and medical card, or whether you need to be recertified, we will gladly assist you.
